Sterling Thrill is a stand-up comedian, viral content creator, and corporate entertainer who has made millions laugh across screens and stages. Known for his high-energy performances, original characters, and quick-witted live shows, Sterling has built a comedy brand that connects across formats—and across the world.

As a corporate entertainer, Sterling has brought engaging, laugh-filled experiences to teams at Google, Meta, GE, Victoria's Secret, Bank of America, Huda Beauty, Ally, UBS, AAA, and many more. His highly reviewed virtual game shows, live hosting, and comedy-driven events have connected thousands of remote team members globally, earning him hundreds of 5-star reviews in the process. Outside of the corporate world, Sterling is best known for his viral TikToks and original characters like “Jeff Jackston the No Guy,” “Totally Original Terry,” and “I’m Good Right… Right?” which have racked up tens of millions of views across platforms.

Comedy found its way into his life early on. “My mom loved Richard Pryor and Eddie Murphy tapes,” Sterling says. “I wanted to make her—and everyone else—laugh the way they did.” From that early spark, his journey took him through theater, radio, and some very unexpected roles—like his first job as Billy the Housekeeper in a multimillion-dollar haunted house. “It was this crazy immersive horror experience... and scaring people gave me waaay too much joy,” he laughs.

Sterling eventually landed a dream gig as the night show host on Mix 97.7 in Myrtle Beach, where he held the top spot in his timeslot—and at one point was #1 at night on Mix and #1 in the afternoon on Rock 107 simultaneously. During his radio run, he worked alongside artists like Jason Derulo, Katy Perry, The Yin Yang Twins, and Shinedown, producing events and hosting shows that blended live music, personality, and audience connection.

After stepping away from radio, Sterling began performing regularly in comedy clubs and at corporate events, quickly making a name for himself on stage. He went on to win both the Comedy Cabana Open Mic Competition in Myrtle Beach, SC and the Comic Strip Vol. 5 in Charlotte, NC. That momentum carried into the digital space, where his character-driven videos began racking up millions of views across TikTok, Instagram, and beyond.

“When that first TikTok went viral, I remember thinking, ‘this is it...’” he says. “It wasn’t. I didn’t go viral again for a year—and then not mega-viral again for another year after that.” Still, the reach and resonance of those viral moments stuck with him. “Entertainment is like my universal language. It’s wild to connect with people all over the world—whether I’m on their phone screen or right in front of them.”

His viral creations include fan-favorite formats like “Jeff Jackston the No Guy,” “Totally Original Terry,” and “I’m Good Right… Right?”, which have generated tens of millions of views and hundreds of thousands of shares across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Reels, and Facebook. Each video draws passionate conversations from fans—and proves that authenticity and absurdity still win the internet.

When it comes to style, Sterling isn’t loyal to just one lane. “I love all comedy,” he says. “Sure, I can’t do musical comedy—that’s what MonaLisa’s for.” But from crowd work to characters, he’s drawn to whatever gives people the most joy in the moment. “My favorite kind of comedy is the kind the audience needs right then. A bit, a sketch, a face, a vibe… whatever helps someone leave a little lighter than they came in.”

He credits comedian Michael Jr. for reshaping his approach: “He said instead of asking what I can get from the audience (laughs), I should ask what I can give—an opportunity to laugh.”

🎬 What’s Next: Nite Brite

Sterling’s biggest dream? Travel the world doing stand-up, star in blockbuster comedy-action-sci-fi superhero movies, and host his own late-night show. (Totally normal, grounded goals.)

Now, he’s building that dream in real time. Nite Brite is his boldest project to date—a fast-paced, creator-forward late-night show built for the internet first. Filmed live-to-tape in front of an audience, Nite Brite bridges traditional late-night with modern internet culture.

“We’re inspired by the greats,” Sterling says, “but we’re not copying them. This is late night the way I want to do it—collaborative and fun first.”

Nite Brite guests include not just celebrities, but also influencers, livestreamers, comedians, artists, gamers, musicians, and up-and-coming internet creators—people the online world already loves, but who’ve never had a late-night stage of their own. The show premieres live on YouTube five nights a week, and each episode becomes a cycle of:

  • 3–5 long-form (5–15 min) clips for YouTube & Facebook

  • ~20 vertical clips for TikTok, IG Reels, FB Reels, and YT Shorts

More than a show, Nite Brite is a content engine—a launchpad for talent and a stepping stone to spin-off series, characters, and fully ownable IP. It’s what happens when a stand-up comic meets startup energy and decides to build a full-blown studio that gets the internet.
